A mother's mission to help those affected

On his return to the UK it was discovered that he had contracted the disease, and despite being admitted to hospital, the infection killed him within days. Jenni talks to Jo about a new documentary exploring her work for the charity Malaria No More, and to Professor Janet Hemingway, Director of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
The documentary ‘Malaria, a mother’s journey’ will be broadcast on the BBC News Channel on Saturday 13th June at 05:30, 14:30, and 21:30Malaria No More Liverpool School of Tropical MedicineDisclaimer
