What’s it like to allow strangers to stay in your home?

Twenty five years ago the government advisory service ADAS set up a scheme to encourage farms to diversify into Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Since then Farm Stay UK has been helping farmer’s wives provide a financial boost for their farms and bring tourists and income to rural areas. Jill Hopkins went to find out what life at the end of frying pan is like for those who run B and Bs in Yorkshire.
