Income inequalities after divorce 29th January 2009
Why do women fare worse after divorce?

Many divorced men and women have suspected that divorce has had a huge negative impact on their income levels. So how are divorce cases settled? Jenni talks to Professor Stephen Jenkins, a director of the Institute for Social and Economic Research at the University of Essex, and to Eileen Pembridge, Head of the Family Law Department and Senior Partner at law firm Fisher Meredith.
