Trisha Goddard
Talks about her candid autobiography "As I Am"

Trisha Goddard is known as the Queen of Daytime TV. Her chat show has been described as a cross between Jerry Springer and Oprah Winfrey.  She was the first to introduce DNA & Lie detector tests into daytime television prompting criticism for being exploitative. But it’s no wonder she relates to her guests…..she was beaten by her father, has had a string of abusive boyfriends, she’s struggled with drugs and had a nervous breakdown.  And as her candid autobiography “As I Am” is published Trisha Goddard joins Jane Garvey to talk about her eventful life,  and the shock of her recent breast cancer diagnosis and the truth about her own DNA test.
