 Long-lost artist's muse
There has been mystery surrounding the muse of a pre-Raphaelite painting hanging in an English art gallery for many years. The artist was Frank Cadogan Cowper, and he affectionately named the portrait the 'Ugly Duckling'. Nearly sixty years on his muse, Valerie Tarantolo, has finally been found and reunited with the painting.
