What does it take to be an “olderpreneur”? Many women in their fifties are setting up their own businesses, but while there are success stories, a substantial number fail.

Jane Little talks to Hilary Farnworth, director of the Centre for Micro Enterprise at London Metropolitan University and Pam Alexander, Co-Chair of the Government’s recently created Women’s Enterprise Task Force about plans to get more women to start up succesfully on their own.
