Victims alleging rape have a 1 in 20 chance of seeing their attacker brought to justice. That's the conclusion in a report issued today by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and the Crown Prosecutions Inspectorate. So, can more be done to increase the conviction rates in so called "acquaintance rape" cases?
