Clare Grogan 10 November 2006
Clare Grogan
Eighties icon and star of cult film Gregory's Girl, Clare Grogan tried for 12 years to have a baby before deciding to adopt. Unllike Madonna, she adopted in the UK and eighteen months ago began a new life with baby Lucia.

She tells Martha how she believes her failed fertility treatment and six miscarraiges were meant to happen, and that it was fate that she and husband Steve were finally united with their little girl.
