Why are ethnic women earning up to 28% less than men? |

A report published this week by the Equal Opportunities Commission reveals that while women overall are still paid 17% less than men, black and Asian women are paid the least of all, some earning up to 28% less than their male counterparts.
So what are the reasons that lay behind this pay gap and what, if any, are the long term solutions? Jenni is joined by Jenny Watson, Chair of the EOC, businesswoman Saira Khan, and Jabida Khanum, a business development manager.
