Abortion in Chile 14 June 2006
Chile is one of a handful of countries in the world which bans abortion under any circumstances.

Michelle Bachelet is the country’s first female President and she supports women’s rights. Now that she has appointed her cabinet and is setting to work, what’s in store for Chile’s women and their sexual and reproductive rights?

Dr Fiona Macaulay, of Bradford University, and Dr Teresa Valdés, of the Latin American Faculty for Social Sciences, join Jenni to discuss the issues.
