Would you like to go green but it just doesn't seem practical, or you don't have the time, and you're not quite sure what to do? The charity Global Action Plan recognised that households might need some help to get going, so seven years ago they set up the first British "eco team", in Nottingham.
The idea came from Holland and it encourages people who live near one another to get together and share tips on how to be environmentally-friendly about the house. Angela Robson visited the Nottingham eco team where Judith Nathaniel showed her round her house and she met Julie Jackson, who leads the team meetings.Global Action PlanDisclaimer
