Be honest, if you frequently travel alone on business does the thought of entering a restaurant and uttering the words 'table for one' fill you with dread? If so you probably know your favourite hotel's room-service menu by heart. Woman's Hour asks food writer Clarissa Hyman and chef and restaurateur Loulla Astin just how acceptable dining out alone is for women today. Is it chic or just sad?
