How much help should they get?
Small business is a good barometer of how the economy is performing - by the same token it’s an indicator of the impact of any recession. Female entrepreneurs have flourished since the 90s, Martha Lane Fox is a commonly quoted example, and the internet undoubtedly makes it easier for women to set up a business.
