Paternity Leave 18 Sept 2009
Will men really take it up?

For the first time men are going to be able to take a substantial chunk of time off after their wives or partners have a baby. At the moment women can have a break of up to a year - new proposals mean that mothers would be able to transfer the last six months of their leave over to the father. But will men take it up?
