 Being nice could cost you money
A recent report from the University of Essex found that women who adopt a more 'masculine' approach to work earn four percent more over a lifetime than those who are deemed ‘nice’. So with the latest figures from the Office for National Statistics showing that the pay gap between men and women is at 12.8%, do women need to toughen up at work, or does nice have its place?
