The latest keep-fit craze?

Anybody who was young during the '50s will have had a hula hoop. Back then the trick was to keep as many as possible going round the waist, and the really adept could spin hoops on the arms and ankles as well. Now the hoop is back in exercise classes and is being combined with aerobic dance moves. Is it a new fitness fad or will it last? Anna Bailey met teacher Christabel Zamor and her class at a hoop dance workshop in Nuneaton.
