Work
Lesbians in the Workplace 4 Nov 2008
Can your sexual orientation hinder your success at work?

A new Stonewall report suggests that many gay women think their gender is more of a barrier to success at work than their sexual orientation. Jane will be discussing these findings with Ruth Hunt, co-author of the report, and Dr Ashley Steel, the only known lesbian on the board of a Square Mile company. They'll also discuss if being a lesbian can be advantageous for your career and whether lesbians in senior positions have a duty to act as role models for others?
