 Claims that the Scottish judicial system is “failing” child witnesses
A children's charity says vulnerable witnesses are being let down by the Scottish government. Children 1st says a new law designed to make it easier for children to give evidence in Scottish courts has not been properly implemented, meaning they continue to be “traumatised” by the experience.
