Two artists explain its growing worldwide appeal

Keen collectors of contemporary art will already know that if you're hoping to invest in the next big thing you should be looking east towards China and the Indian sub-continent. And, judging from the buzz that arose from Art Dubai - the Middle East's massive contemporary arts festival held earlier this year - Pakistani art is becoming highly sought after. Two of the artists who attracted a lot of attention in Dubai are the mixed media painter and sculptor Faiza Butt and the video artist Bani Abidi. Anna McNamee went to meet them and find out why their work has been gaining such global popularity.
