A revival of one of the 1980’s great plays
Over twenty years ago a group of writers – all female – were bringing a new kind of play to the nation’s theatres. They offered a glimpse into what was loosely described as ‘female experience’. Among them were Caryl Churchill, Timberlake Wertenbaker and Louise Page. Now for the first time in over 20 years Page’s ‘Salonika’ is being revived. She wrote it when she was just 25. She joins Jenni in the studio. West Yorkshire PlayhouseDisclaimer
