For some parents having children is something that once started should be completed as quickly as possible. For others having children takes place over decades. So what are the advantages in these different approaches to raising a family?

Jenni is joined by psychologist, Linda Blair and mother of five children, Cassandra Jardine to ask if there's an ideal age gap between siblings.
