Cerys Matthews found fame as the frontwoman of Catatonia, the band best known for their tracks Road Rage and Mulder and Scully in the nineties. Much has changed for the Welsh singer since then. Post alleged burnout and a spate in re-hab, she has re-built a life in a “shack” in Nashville Tennesse, released 2 solo albums, married and had 2 children. About to release an album recorded entirely in Welsh and having recorded a duet with Aled Jones, she joins Jane Garvey to discuss the changes in her life and career and her much-discussed move back to her homeland. |
