 Friendship on wheels
Twenty years ago a remarkable club sprang into life which would lead to long lasting friendships amongst a group of women of different ages and interests who were brought together by the simple fact that they all travelled on the same bus route to and from the centre of Manchester. Woman’s Hour reporter Judy Merry went along to meet members of the No 20 Bacup to Manchester Bus Club and to share their journey home. |
