Family
Muslim Fathers 20 Nov 2006
A conference in London this Thursday aims to tackle some of the issues facing Muslim fathers. At the conference, a guide is being launched, targetted at public service providers and practitioners such as social workers, teachers and the police, to inform them about Muslim families. On the programme, we hear from a Muslim father and his grown-up son and explore their individual approaches to fatherhood. Jenni also speaks to Humera Kahn, author of the 'practitioners’ guide', about what she hopes it will achieve.
