The women behind the Wizard of Oz.
The Wicked Witch of the West is one of the most enduring images in cinema - and one of the greatest baddies ever created. Now her story has been re-told and adapted for the stage in a new musical called 'Wicked'. It's based on the book of the same name by Gregory Maguire which explores the life of the Wicked Witch from birth to death and asks, what made her so bad?
Gregory Maguire will be joining Jenni to talk about his green heroine and why he has such a soft spot for her, and Dr Sally Roesch Wagner tells us why the Wizard of Oz books are still banned in some parts of America.
