A Letter to my 16 year old self 08 Jan 2010
Taken from "Dear Me: A Letter to My Sixteen-Year-Old Self". Edited by Joseph Galliano. Publisher: Simon & Schuster Ltd
What advice would you give?

If you were to write a letter to your sixteen year old self, what would it say? Would you warn against impetuous romance, urge greater efforts in your school work or perhaps, advise against future dabblings with drink, drugs and cigarettes? A new book has brought together advice from a host of celebrities including Yoko Ono, Alan Carr and Annie Lennox, written to their younger selves. But would their teenage self have paid any attention to such heartfelt advice? Jenni is joined by agony aunt Suzie Hayman and by 16 year old Hibah Ansary to discuss the art of giving advice to oneself.
