 Calls for more appropriate attire
This year marks the ninetieth anniversary of the Women's Engineering Society. There are over 65,000 women working in engineering, technology and construction, approximately 10% of the workforce. Women are built differently from men and many are finding their workwear is not satisfactory, and that inappropriate and ill-fitting clothing can compromise their work. The Women’s Engineering Society has launched a survey about the clothing.
