This year Delia Smith celebrates 40 years of writing recipes. In 1969 she was taken on as the cookery writer for the Daily Mirror's new magazine, and has since gone on to build a business empire based on her hit TV series and book sales of over 21 million copies. She joins Jane to discuss her mission to teach people how to cook, her views on feminism, and her passion for football, Catholicism and chocolate torte.
