 Challenging the law on assisted suicide
Debbie Purdy has Multiple Sclerosis. She is attempting to ensure that her husband won’t be prosecuted if he helps her to commit suicide should her condition become unbearable. She is taking her case to the High Court to try to make the Director of Public Prosecutions clarify the law on assisted suicide.
