Lalita Tademy was a Vice-President of a microsystems company in Silicon Valley. After she came across her great-great-great-great grandmother’s Bill of Sale as a slave, she gave up her job and began researching her family history. Lalita will be telling Martha how finding about her slave ancestors changed her life and why she felt it important to use her family’s experience in her books.
