On 7th October 2006 Woman's Hour celebrates its sixtieth birthday and we're having a party to celebrate.

We'll have music from Heather Small and Hayley Westenra, while comedy and wit come in the shape of Jo Caulfield, Jan Ravens and Phill Jupitus; Maureen Lipman joins us as herself and as the character she's performed to great acclaim - Joyce Grenfell. Jackie Kaye delivers a small selection of her poems. And we have a special edition of Ladies of Letters, with Prunella Scales and Patricia Routledge.
