History
Woman's Hour at 60 27 Sep 2006
Too feminist - not feminist enough; too much about men - not enough about the male sex; too controversial - too tame.

For sixty years, Woman's Hour has attracted its fair share of criticism including campaigns to remove it from the airwaves altogether.

So what has the programme failed to cover, what has it over-done and how should it be doing things differently now?

Jenni is joined by the radio critic Gillian Reynolds and the journalists Yasmin Alibhai Brown and Zoe Williams to discuss the rights and wrongs of Woman's Hour.

Woman's Hour is 60 this year!
