Last year the British Antarctic Survey advertised for women to work at Halley, their base in the Antarctic. A carpenter called Liz Kempster responded and she joins Jenni live from the Antarctic, which is in the depths of winter. There are currently five women working at the base - a record number since the first women wintered at Halley ten years ago. Jenni is also joined by the meteorologist Alex Gaffakin and engineer Gemma Clarke who have both worked at the base. So what contribution have women made during the past decade?
