Cash for grades 08 Jun 2006
As thousands of teenagers sit their GCSE and A level exams, a growing number of parents are doing their bit to encourage the youngsters to work hard by offering cash in return for results. Is this a sensible way to help motivation or will these bribes backfire?

Jenni hears views from teenagers and is joined by Sarah Newton who runs a consultancy 'Coaching for Teens' and Jean Robb, Educational therapist and co-author of Creating Kids Who Can Concentrate.

Creating Kids Who Can Concentrate by Jean Robb & Hilary Letts, published by Hodder Mobius - ISBN: 0340820446
