Good morning, Here is Sam, our lurcher. We rescued him in May 2005 from a local dogs' home. He had apparently been found wandering in Norwich and the home had given him the name of Milo. We were looking for a replacement for our previous dog (called Milo) who had just died of old age. This was too much of a coincidence to resist, although we were not looking for such a large dog. We tried calling him Milo for about 24 hours but my wife found it impossible and after several suggestions came up with Sam. Seems to suit him! Regards, Chris Collins
