Our dog is a two year old Springer Spaniel and he's called Abercrombie, named after a zombie dog in an early Tim Burton film. We're well aware that it's an unusual (or daft) name, but he answers to various permutations of it - Crombie, Croms etc. He even knows that he's Apple Crumble, which is what he's usually called at dog trainning class by the man who runs it and by our young niece who finds Abercrombie a bit of a mouthful.
