Poker Jim Ridge by Allan Stephenson

"I am originally from England having left in 1971 to live here in the United States. Whilst working in the studio I listen to the BBC over the internet, something not possible before this wonderful invention. I think the BBC is a treasure not appreciated as much as it should by most  Britons. There is nothing like it here for me to listen to.  The radio dial here is has a very limited range of music or it is all ranting talk radio. All of it totally commercial with ads every few minutes. It is an aural wasteland. Maybe nowhere else is there presented such a wide variety of material that enriches all the parts of a healthy mind from dramas, biographies, history, science, comedy, arts, politics and also music in its widest sense. It is all food for  one side of my brain while the other half is being spatial and creative with the artwork."
