Choosing to listen to Radio 4 does not mean that I am going to make a better work but as a printmaker there is a great advantage to tuning in.
Making prints has periods of time that involve technical and process elements that I have to carry out to produce a final image. At these points I know exactly what I am doing so instead of a distraction, the radio becomes a companion. Except, I'm sorry I Haven't a Clue". I can't work with this on so I give up, listen and laugh.
