Six by Seven

Nottingham based Six By Seven are Chris Olley on vocals and guitar, Chris Davis drums, James Flower on keyboards and Paul Douglas on bass guitar. The have released three albums 'The Things We Make', 'The Closer You Get' and 'The way I feel today', recorded live at the Rockford Studio last year with no overdubs.

Miss Black America

Miss Black America formed in October 1999 when singer Seymour Glass met bassist Mickey Smith and drummer Neil Baldwin at a drum 'n' bass gig in Cambridge. Guitar genius Gish joined the band in October 2000, when Seymour's finger got ripped off his hand.

Their debut EP, 'Adrenaline Junkie Class-A Mentalist', and the following single 'Don't Speak My Mind' made last years Festive Fifty in 14th and 42nd places respectively. This year saw the release of their debut album 'God Bless Miss Black America' on Integrity Records. They've previously recorded one session for the programme, transmitted in July.

Miss Black America will be playing live at the following venues;
Friday 25th October at Soundhaus in Northampton
Saturday 26th at the Forum in Tunbridge Wells
Sunday 27th at the Freebutt in Brighton 27
Tuesday 29th at the Railway Inn in Winchester
Wednesday 30th at Liverpool University 30

Bearsuit

Bearsuit Bearsuit are Cerian Hamer on cornet, keyboards and percussion, Lisa Horton on vocals, keyboards, accordion and percussion, Matt Hutchings on drums, Matt Moss on bass, Jan Robertson on flute, guitar and percussion and Iain Ross on vocals and guitar.

They've released 3 singles 'Hey Charlie Hey Chuck', 'Drinkink' and 'Stop What You're Doing, What You're Doing Is Wrong'. Their debut album 'In charge of meats' will hopefully be released in the new year. They have completed 3 sessions for the show.

Friday December 13th at the Wombat Wombat Christmas party at Norwich Arts Centre
