Can a walk across the Arctic be art?
Slow art: trekking the Arctic borderlands
Can a trek across the Arctic be a work of art? As British theatre-maker Tom Bailey journeys 600km - sometimes dressed as a reindeer - Jo Morris tracks his progress through the borderlands of Sweden, Norway, Russia and Finland. He encounters indigenous communities who say their way of life is under threat from the climate crisis - and asks: if Nature had a seat at the Arctic council, what would it look like?
