As another year comes to a close we reveal the final singles and album charts for 2025. Olivia Dean will be telling us about her amazing year as her second album has become one of the best sellers of the last 12 months and produced a string of hit songs.

We also have new music from former One Direction star Louis Tomlinson, plus tracks from Jade and American band Geese whose fourth album has become one of the sleeper hits of the year.
