Kremlin says Russia-US dialogue is going well

Around twenty thousand delegates from more than a hundred countries are attending, including senior figures from China, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania and Uzbekistan. President Putin is due to deliver a major speech later today. The Kremlin wants to demonstrate that Russia remains economically powerful despite ongoing Western sanctions.
