Thwaite Mills' new owners unveil revival plans
The new owners of Leeds’ historic Thwaite Mills have revealed plans to reopen the museum, create a pub and cafe, host community events and establish a Parkrun route. The Grade II listed site, which dates back centuries as a working water mill, could also become a wedding venue under longer-term plans. The group of four local businessmen - Terry George, Michael Rothwell, Kirk Allen and Will Habergham and BBC Radio Leeds’ David Dixon spoke to Will about the proposals.
