The City Council's crackdown on 'nuisance' behaviour
Nottingham City Centre is now subject to a Public Spaces Protection Order.
Following thousands of incidents of anti-social behaviour in the city centre, Nottingham City Council has brought back a Public Spaces Protection Order, or PSPO.
This order gives powers to PCSOs to issue fines of up to £1000 to nuisance buskers, beggars, and charity collectors in the city.
