PM backtracks on personal allowance change

Andy Burnham has pulled back from suggestions about increasing the tax-free personal allowance.

Chief political correspondent Henry Zeffman says those close to the new prime minister have told the BBC any changes to the personal allowance are not part of his initial plan.
