Justin Rees on Southend United's summer of change

The Southend United chairman details changes at Roots Hall both on and off the pitch.

The Blues appointed former England international Kieron Dyer as head coach after sacking Kevin Maher, while several players have left to be replaced with new faces.

Southend have also seen former CEO Tom Lawrence and board member Gary Lockett leave the board, plus developments made at the stadium.
