Boarders: Students create soundtrack for BBC drama
Lecturer Dr Mykaell Riley helped students write music for the BBC comedy drama series Boarders. They went on to create the soundtrack to season 2.
Lecturer Dr Mykaell Riley from the University of Westminster challenged his music students to write the soundtrack for season 2 of the comedy drama Boarders. It is about the lives of five young Black teens who earn scholarships into a prestigious boarding school. He talks about the process of putting the soundtrack together to Karen Gabay.
