Uganda - Source Of Hope

Doing business in Uganda, a country which is the source of the river Nile. A report which looks at doing business with an African country emerging from years of political and economic stagnation. The World Bank has commended the country for its transition to democractic rule. The programme also visits the source of the Nile, where a hydro-electric dam project has raised the water level.
