Councils call for ban on legal highs
Councils across England and Wales are calling for an outright ban on the sale of so called legal highs. Describing them as "untested, unpredictable and a potential death sentence" the Local Government Association action must be taken.
Reporter Dan Whitworth went to Brighton to hear from those affected by legal highs.
