Oliver Wilson: Self-belief led to European Tour win

A former top golfer, who won the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship despite being ranked 792nd in the world, says self-belief helped him to victory.

Oliver Wilson played in the 2008 Ryder Cup before plummeting in the world rankings and losing his European tour card.

He said the subsequent years were "pretty rough," but a change in mindset helped him fight back.

"I started to trust my intuition and trust myself again and get back to believing in myself," he said. "As you do that you can achieve amazing things."
